Salzburg Airport - General Information

Salzburg airport is a busy summer destination for incoming visitors. Charter holiday passengers are not the only users of the airport as the city is popular for its events and festivals and the airport functions as a business hub for the industries in the region.

Incoming charter flights are available from most parts of the UK and from Dublin, as well as other European countries. Salzburg has a good network of scheduled flights both internally and within Europe and Ryanair and Flybe provide regular services to the UK.

Car hire is available from counters in the covered car park.

Travel company representation is provided inside the main terminal building near the arrivals area. Offices are normally manned around the times of arriving and departing flights.
